Top 10 Hottest Men In 2011 Films
10. Bradley Cooper in The Hangover Part II
A raucous comedy isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, so we’re betting a lot of ladies saw this sequel purely for the eye candy–specifically, the handsome Bradley Cooper as Phil. With Bradley being such a hot commodity in Hollywood as of late (he was recently named People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive 2011), fans of this very versatile actor can look forward to getting their Bradley fix in 2012 for sure.
9. Taylor Lautner in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1
When it’s a question of who has the better body, we are “Team Jacob”–if only because he was shirtless more often than Edward was in the movie! Taylor Lautner did an excellent job bulking up for the role and he looks even more drool-worthy in every succeeding film. Fans are counting the days ‘til he and the rest of his shirtless pack return for the concluding episode of the Twilight Saga next year.
8. Alex Pettyfer in Beastly
Considering that Alex Pettyfer spent more than half of this modern Beauty And The Beast story in hideous makeup and prosthetics, it might seem strange that he’s included in this list. But Alex’s Ken doll looks and perfectly chiseled body are not something you’re likely to forget anytime soon.
7. Michael Fassbender in X-Men: First Class
Magneto may be an evil villain, but his younger incarnation, Erik Lensherr–played by the dashing Michael Fassbender–is one bad boy we can’t stay away from. It’s no wonder the female mutants joined Magneto in the dark side! With his classic good looks, the Irish-German actor is just as alluring to ladies in real life as his mutant character.
6. Derek Ramsay in No Other Woman
When Derek landed the lead male role in this compelling and emotionally-charged story of infidelity, we were all excited to see him on the big screen alongside Anne Curtis and Cristine Reyes. His tempting charm was put to good use when he played Ram, the philandering husband forced to deal with a guilty conscience when both women vied for his heart. But who could blame them? Derek isn’t considered one of Pinoy showbiz’s hottest men for nothing!

5. Henry Cavill in Immortals
Henry Cavill plays Theseus, a peasant-turned-warrior-turned-demigod in this action-packed film. His phenomenal body–a product of a long and intense workout regimen–held its own against Greek mythology’s most fearsome creatures. 2011 was a big year for Henry; before Immortals even wrapped up production, he was officially announced as the next Superman. We’ll be seeing more of him and his gorgeous bod’ of steel in the future.
4. Chris Hemsworth in Thor
It was a stroke of casting genius to have a practically unknown Aussie actor named Chris Hemsworth play the hammer-wielding Thor in the big screen adaptation of the Marvel Comic. With his blond hair, blue eyes, and unbelievably sculpted physique, Chris looked every bit the Norse god of thunder. We won’t have to wait long for his next appearance–he’ll be reprising this career-making role in The Avengers in 2012!
3. Chris Evans in Captain America: The First Avenger
It takes quite a remarkable actor to lay claim to two modern superhero roles; prior to 2011, Chris’s most notable comic book role was the Human Torch in the Fantastic Four films. But, it was his portrayal as the hunky Captain America that brought him the most recognition. The scorching scene when Steve Rogers first emerges as the buffed-up super-soldier is seared in the movie-going public’s memory. We will see him alongside Chris Hemsworth next year in The Avengers (together with Robert Downey, Jr. as Iron Man, Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk, and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye–we can’t wait!).
2. Robert Pattinson in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1
In the penultimate film of the hit Twilight Saga, fans of British heartthrob Robert Pattinson finally got to see his character Edward Cullen as both a lover and a doting husband to (most likely real-life girlfriend) Kristen Stewart’s Bella Swan. Forget the chaste kisses from the century-old, virginal vampire we’ve come to love–in this film, Edward literally breaks the bed during their honeymoon! You’ve got to admit, that’s intensely hot!

1. Ryan Gosling in Crazy, Stupid, Love.
If you didn’t fall for him in The Notebook, this romantic comedy most definitely converted you into a Ryan Gosling die-hard fan! In it, he plays Jacob Palmer, a cynical womanizer with a heart of gold. In the course of the film, he took a recently-divorced man under his wing, schooled him in the ways of a ladies’ man, and left Emma Stone (and the rest of us) mesmerized by his seemingly “Photoshop-ed” abs. He made such an impact on women everywhere that his fans even protested when he wasn’t named the The Sexiest Man Alive!
